If I understand this correctly, this is just a plan? Finally puts some teeth into the entire process, albiet about 9 years too late. At this point in time, we really need to start notifying the remaning infringers prior to our patent deadlines...

What I like most about this plan is that Moore's threat to clawback on Lecky's past decissions may be the pressure that will force Lecky to cave. Would be interesting to see if our BOD agrees to this plan because they may have been sleeping with Lecky the entire time.

Regardless, I like the activity and the progress over the past few days. Let's hope we start jogging higher from here!
