One thing that concerns me about the MIG plan: What happens to the work Alliacense has done to date on compiling infringement documents, e.g., reverse engineering?
If Alliacense is out the door, what is Moore's plan to confront potential infringers? "Hi, I'm Chuck Moore, I think you have infringed on my patent. Please pay me x dollars." click
What happens to the companies already put on notice of infringement by TPL/Alliacense? Out the door? Starting all over?
I'm all for seeing TPL and Dan Leckrone getting the boot, I am concerned about what happens going forward without the support of Alliacense and their documentation and database. Does Patriot Scientific / PDS own this data as well?
I would like for Patriot's management to weigh in on where they stand on support for or against either of the reorganization plans.
