I agree with your conclusion regarding ownership of the supporting information, in the prosecution of these MMP patents..

In my recap of ALL the charges that Patriot has paid to Leckrone, and what HE stated was his reasons for charging us those amounts, it appears that we "DO" own all research and reverse engineering involved in that process.

(In fact a close scrutiny of those charges leads me to believe that Patriot paid some of those expenses ,,'MORE THAN ONCE' ,disguised though they were,,, "OR", one could say,,,the same fees dressed in different garments")...

I hope that,that loophole is clamped down, right at the start,,of this PARADE..
