I agree with that.!

The,"Moore", plan is NOT yet approved, therefore we are still STUCK with the TPL original COMAG, at this point.

However, since the Moore plan promises to be more, (dare I say it), TRANSPARENT, I expect that it will be approved, , , therefore it will control, events going forward, and will be more acceptable to infringers..IMO
