I believe I read that even though the plans might not be approved till then, the licenses could be made/sold. My wonder is who is making the deals if before the plan is approved and why? Someone just posted, " a deal before the HTC rulling? " ... And also I wonder who is approving the deal right now CJ and Swamy or ?? And who on earth would be willing to sign a deal in all this could of uncertainty which could cause the deal to be nullified? Unless the uncertainty really doesn't exist anymore??!!

I believe the odds are in Moore's favor. By how much? Maybe that percentage is enough of an incentive to sign a license. The infringer might sign to get it over with, where those trying to have control might be getting a signing to prove they are able to get the job done. A deal now might have better prices than prices after the court rules in the BK hearings.
