Is there nothing about the greatest issue of all in the PDS/PDS/TPL/Alliacense saga - that of the inability of PTSC (and PDS) to terminate the Alliacense agreement despite Alliacense having full authority so to do? This itself is a most clear example of PTSC management incomptence.
