From the Court :

Because Debtor and Committee were late filing their joint Plan and Disclosure Statement, the court continued that matter to Oct. 14 at 2:00p.m.

Currently on calendar for 10/2 at 3:00 p.m. is a status conference, the Disclosure Statement by Charles Moore and a Motion to Appoint a Chapter 11 trustee by Charles Moore accompanied by an opposition by both Debtor and Committee.

There are no other dates scheduled..
