Ptsc has no control over their own destiny. They

have no Engineers on board for any new developements.

All they have are Lawyers and their Lawyers can`t do anything, they have been maneuvered into a corner

by intel and TPL and have no active part in any

negoiations. They are completely powerless. They

can only hope that TPL wants to persue legal actions

for the 336 portfolio. What if they don`t. What if TPL

goes after infringers and then decides they want to

sell them chips from their new company. PTSC would be

powerless to do anything. Not a very enviable position

to be in, and certainly not comforting. When you have

to depend on someone else to do your work for you, the job

will never get done to your satisfaction.
