I agree and we cant licenses if we are tied up in court.

I blame the judge in this for not pushing this through with urgency. The whole point is for people to recoup money. The vehicle that can satisfy these debts is nearing expiration.

The judge should quickly identify all scenerios and make a ruling in urgent fashion. These delays undermind the whole purpose of the precedings.
