thus far for TPL, the BOD, certain insiders and most certainly all of the lawyers considering the neverending legal wranglings and what was it? 17 or 18 reexaminations?.

Perhaps there will be something left in the tailings of the mine for shareholders when they have had their fill and walk away.

To that end, I am willing to accept payments in dividends
