From the BK Court:

Update from the hearing held on 10/2 at 3:00 PM.

The hearing was regarding a disclosure statement filed by Charles Moore and several objections filed with respect to it.

There was also a motion by Charles Moore to appoint a trustee and a general status conference.

Mr. Moore's disclosure statement and the status conference were continued to Oct. 14 at 2:00 PM. to trail debtor's disclosure statement. The court plans to ultimately continue everything to Nov. 12 at 10:00 AM.

Mr. Moore's motion to appoint a trustee was taken under submission.

So the next dates are: Oct. 14 at 2:00 PM. and Nov. 12 at 10:00 AM.
