But we still don't have the list of alleged infringers from Alliacense. There is also no mention of the infringement evidence, i.e. where the designs deployed by the alleged infringers show MMP use. A list of names is, in itself, not much help.
I sure hope Alliacense isn't allowed to cherry-pick (e.g. ARM). They will go for the ones where they can claim back, off the top, the highest amount of fees and expenses. It should either be a random draw (but who goes first?) or by balancing expected income or royalties.
