Good information thank you...question for you

..so basically we go through the torture of waiting all this legal BS out...and say it goes in PTSC favor...they have it rigged where we wont benefit at all..

So is this issuance of Preferred Stock a done deal?

If so pretty much means this stock is nothing more than a sham.
