Preferred Stock is available 'IF needed', None have been... ISSUED/SOLD, to anyone..

It Is doubtful that anyone would buy, at this point OR that PTSC would sell at this price.

With the financing that was done with Swartz,and the devastating results. PTSC was merely preparing for a better way to raise funds, if that became necessary.. IMO
