Is it just me or did the US trustee entirely miss the underlying reason for the letter by shareholders to patriots Board of Directors? She says that our letter appears to be a solicitation for boats on the more plan and against the joint plan which is a violation of bankruptcy code. In the letter Ron stated that the underlying reason for the letter is that, yet again,the board appears to be acting adverse to the interest of shareholders. Would Ron or Brian care to comment?
