Remember, the Moore plan as stated so eloquently (!) by Mr Prochnow, is to "get rid of Alliacense, TPL and Leckrone" so it's not impossible that the "600" is a combination of MMP and non-MMP targets otherwise referred to as co-mingling and I am absolutely NOT suggesting that Moore's Plan would do that in terms of license fees, and hopefully PDS would veto it at the first attempt anyway. Although without the third and independent mouth at PDS what happens if Johnson and Swami deadlock? Whatever happened to moving forward with the arbitration and third seat?
