Are we nearing the time when one or more of our BOD lacky's steps in and starts buying shares on the open market? Or they step up the share re-purchase?

Major decisions will be made with in the next few days/weeks and these decisiosn will most likely have some positive impact on the PPS. My gut tells be that the Moore Plan will be rejected because it is out of step with the current management team (not that I agree with them) and the PDS Plan offers, at least in the judges mind, some stability. Maybe he will split the plans down the middle and give everyone a little piece of the pie. In the end, no matter what plan is choosen, PTSC shareholders should benefit but by how much is the million dollar question.
