I take it as a good sign if at least TPL is partially 'disarmed' by letting go portfolio 549 to Moore. That way Lecky will not have its monopoly in licensing. Wondering why Moore gave everything to this thief without any supervisory control or final say in licensing matters. Moor's stupidity is costing us all.
