- A third member for PDS was appointed this week, so we might see a PR on Monday
- PTSC via Hoge are very skeptical regarding further cooperation with Alliacense and it might be likely that PDS with the third member on board will think about the contract with Alliacense with one opportunity being terminating it
. The Judge made it very clear that Alliacense should deliver the lists ASAP and not think it is "indispensable" and might "shoot itself in the foot", literal from the Judge who referred to the possibility of the termination of Alliacense through PDS
- The Judge had one interesting suggestion of which I'm not sure if it's binding to Alliacense:
Alliacense simply should put the two lists together by accident because statistically it would be the same as if they check every name subjectively
- Alliacense's lawyer said they would deliver the lists until confirmation date which is the the 4th of February 2015
- Intriguingly the designation of Mr. Venkidu as TPL's CEO is not "a done thing" (as the Judge (and I) expected it) but there might be someone else coming up as CEO. My speculation is this could have to do with the third member of PDS, maybe PTSC then has more power to steer the boat?
All in all it has become clear that PTSC is very, very pi**ed about Leckrone/Alliacense and there's actually one thing which can quash the plan = the "lists issue"
What I still don't understand why the Judge doesn't care about Alliacense being a Leckrone company and playing a central role in the accomplishment not only of the plan but of the success of it but maybe Ron can explain this if a Judge has to stick to the central issues of a case and is not allowed to broaden it.
So the BK case finally comes to an end in about seven weeks - gltal
