A couple of weeks ago a BK audio taught us that (a) the third and "independent" member of PDS had been appointed (I believe by the Arbitrator) and (b) Swamy may not remain as the TPL representative at PDS.
Since PDS is the sole source of income for PTSC any change in the make-up of PDS can have a significant impact, positive or negative, on the fortunes of PTSC.
Has anyone seen or heard any names and backgrounds associated with these appointments, especially of (a) which to me is a material event for PTSC.
Why would such information be withheld from stockholders or even the public?
