Am I right that 8-10 litigations were frozen while the dust settles on HTC, including some of those that were jointly filed with NDoC (Judge Grewal) and the ITC?
If so, and if the Federal case is ruled in favor of TPL/PTSC, will these restart using Alliacense or could/would Dominion take some or all of them? Would Otteson be involved regardless? Is it likely these cases would settle since they are being bundled together? Would interest be accruing since they did not settle?
Could someone post the names of the cited companies that fall into this category?
Also, is ARM Holdings still a potential transgressor?
