I agree. Then again from the talk on this board many here would rather be on the Titanic and go down with the ship! If so, you can bet those in the know will have secured life boats for themselves, not for the passengers and crew. On the other hand I have to believe the BOD on some level would actually like to have things go in a way that benefits the shareholders. My own belief is that they are caught in a bind ( of there own making in part ) from the complexity of this entire drama and a certain fly in the ointment ( DL - who it seems cares not for the shareholders in the least, but only for himself and cronies ). If the judge is astute enough he will nullify the ties that bind - IMO.
