As others have stated DL has something over them, so is that the bind? Or is it something else, like the power of bigger companies ( APPL who is always listed in the notices of the court docs )? Something is and has been going on behind the curtain for many years, both good and bad IMO. The judge has seen behind the curtain and will do what he can ( what ever that is ). But I imagine he is in a bind too.

So who knows what will be revealed when the court orders and decissions are announced. The stock has been under accumulation since about the 17th as far as I can see. Did HTC and PTSC reach a deal then? Is HTC going to partner or buyout PTSC? Because PTSC has hired Dominion I would think not. But there has to be a reason that the stock price has gone up and had higher volume ??? There is the answer, in the stock price and volume.
