What anyone does with their shares or what people say on message boards doesn't matter worth a frogs a$$...especially one that is trading between 3-5 cents..

..what matters is how the company runs its business....how it makes money...

If this settlement doesn't generate enough revenue to increase and sustain the share price then it is an epic fail and waste of time.
