A bit more insight. Thanks alot. Looking forward to HTC's comments. I got to believe the risk of six years in damages was more than they wanted to fool with. Hopefully, PTSC sensed this and negotiated as if they were laying it all out on the table. If this settlement turns out to be a....WE will drop the appeal if you drop the cross appeal, I think I will puke
