How would this have anything to do with the ITC, which of course we chose not to appeal anyway, and in the sense that the claims constructions of the ITC were not relevant in the district court case.

Unless there is other wording in that latest SC ruling that we don't know about, nothing has changed in that regard.

So we are much better off in my opinion with this latest SC ruling, and it would have direct implication on our cases now in district court and for any additional ones filed in the future.
