I believe the Moore plan was rejected by the court/judge and we discussed that here several weeks ago. Is the Moore plan back on the table?

My own opinion is that the judge is able to see what is going on, but the Moore plan failed on several levels as pertains to the legal systems in place. The judge may be able to steer things to some degree, but he still has to stay within the rules and boundries of the legal system.
