US Bankruptcy Trustee

Let's not forget that the US Bankruptcy Trustee filed a lengthy objection against various parts of the plan/declaration, including against Exhibit F.

Does anyone know how the US Bankruptcy Trustee's opinions and objections come into play with respect to the Judge's decision-making? Even though pretty much everyone has voted "For" the proposals, the US Bankruptcy Trustee cited breaches of various laws, I believe.

Does the US Bankruptcy Trustee trump the Committee votes?
