Lots of objections during the 24 months process (thanks to the Browns, PTSC, US Trustee, Moore etc.) made this plan in the end a joint plan instead of the original TPL plan.

To me, Leckrone has lost his power and we have PTSC/PDS with a lot more independance from TPL and Alliacense at re-start. We shall and will see how they will perform NOW. (free from Leckrone)
