Has it been communicated anywhere that targets have been split up?

Is territory somehow implied by the approval of the joint plan?

If territory is not defined then how do the licensing agents proceed given the uncertainties?

FWIW-I am also interested in who the 3rd PDS member is and what it'll mean to shareholders going forward.
