You share the same faults as the majority of us here - only the most clever, experienced and those able to apply the time to conceptualize and grasp the theories are the most successful.

One thing for sure - the things we`ve all learned here about the realities of PIPE financing are tools we can take and move forward with, to apply to similar situations - even knowing that a company is going to apply PIPE principals is enough information for an investor to react (liquidate), and if still interested in the stock, scrub through the 10K/QSB`s etc. for the key information (warrants) and the groundrules surrounding the resets, etc.

We generally get 2nd chances in life, as we will also as investors. What`s learned here at PTSC university will do well by us. I do hope however, our diploma has a bit more of a reward than just hard lessons learned.
