Since License signups are SO rare, as to be virtually non-existent, one would be justified

in concluding that, ANY event would be considered to be SIGNIFICANT, to the extent that

it would immediately become the cause for at the least a PR.

Lacking that, a DRONE could place a message in each S/H's back yard.. (Single malt?)
