Dear PTSC BOD,

As a very frustrated share holder in PTSC, I hope you can address these questions which are on many of our minds. We recognize you have been dealing with TPL and Dan Leckrone who have been nothing but misleading as well as dishonest. We hope now that the bankruptcy filing is final, we may be heading in the right direction but we need communications from our BOD as to what that may look like. Here's an opportunity to redeem yourselves in the eyes of the share holders. Please, be our heroes and save our investment we have made in PTSC for so many years.

1) Who are the members of the PDS committee, and does PTSC believe that its interests will be treated in a fair and equitable manner so that PTSC and its shareholders will be adequately protected moving forward?

2) Have PTSC and its new licensing agent received our list of alleged infringers, and if so, do PTSC and its agent believe that the companies/entities on that list are an equal split with TPL in terms of the value of licenses to be obtained in the future? If the list has not been received, why not?

3) Under the present plan, do PTSC and TPL share all future licensing revenues regardless of which group actually obtains the licensing agreement, or does each company get revenues only from the infringers on its own "list"?

4) When can PTSC shareholders expect to see new licenses generated, and what is being done to increase the frequency of such in view of patent expiration?

5) Does PTSC plan to continue to generate relatively small licensing fees of a few hundred thousand dollars up to less than $3 million each? If not, what is being done to increase those fees so as to return to the amounts seen in early 2006?

6) What is the prospect for a dividend to be paid to PTSC shareholders, and what would be the likely time frame?
