My Question

We know Barnes and Noble uses an a8 armcore. Texas Instruements finishes that core into the omap processor. I am sure the plan is to tie us up in court for infinity on these battles.

At what point are we allowed to notify the second tier Texas Instruments, Qualcomm and the rest? And finally because the patents are expiring can we go after the actual maker of these cores. There must be a time frame of expiring patents and procedure to advance to the next level. Want to see this stock move. We have never been told of any plan to pursue this. or actually who would be involved after all these years.
