Not sure but if these companies got paid for their services and are claiming TPL still owes them but does not, is that not fraud if found to be true?

On another note, I have come down to this realization, I can either hold, sell a portion or liquidate my entiore postion in PTSC. That being said, and since I am about $.055 away from B/E, I am going to hold.

Now for the dream... I log on to see that the ITC Kessler Doctrine situation favors PTSC, then the next day day I see a PR that states PTSC will aggressively pursue the following infringers (insert list) with the assistance for Dominion, and then see a list of current infringers who have bought a license in the past month.

And then I wake up...
