PTSC receives 50 % from a license fee after costs.

The other half is divided in 55% for Moore and 45% for TPL, hence TPL gets a little less than a quarter from a license fee (after costs).

And again:
NOT ONE DOLLAR has been transferred from PDS to TPL in January and February therefore no one can say anything about the amount of the HTC license fee by reading the Financial Reports from TPL.
