If you're looking for substantiation that there are still only 2 members of PDS, according to PTSC's latest 10q, this is not the case. Rather there are 3 members. Presumably, they're still Carlton Johnson for PTSC, Daniel Leckrone for TPL, and an unknown (how ridiculous is it that they keep this info secret?!) third member selected from nominees that PTSC presented to the arbitrator. Wouldn't surprise me if PTSC submitted Mac Leckrone as a nominee, considering how often they have acquiesced to Alliacense's demands despite the blatant violation of fiduciary and other responsibilities to PTSC's interests.\

"In January 2014, our representative to the PDS management committee filed with the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) a demand for arbitration pursuant to the terms of the LLC Agreement. The demand sought the appointment of third member, referred to as the independent manager member to the PDS management committee. On December 16, 2014, the AAA appointed arbitrator selected an independent managing member from one of the nominees submitted by Patriot, thereby filling the open management committee seat."
