Positives?

Looks like HTC paid $1.8M for their license, nearly twice what the court awarded PDS.

PDS has a third member now, and presumably, he/she is a PTSC ally considering they were appointed by the arbitration process as PTSC's recommendation.

While the resemblence is uncomforatably unanny, Cliff Flowers has, so far, avoided totally becoming Edward J. Smith.

Kessler ruling should happen "soon".

If Kessler ruling falls in our favor, perhaps there are several $1M+ deals in the offiing.
