Interesting landing point for our friends from Agiility IP Law. Arnold Porter released today that the "Distinguished Korean Team" of Mr. Sukhan Kim has also joined their firm.

Interesting that one of our most glaring infringers' trusted advisor is now "roommates" with our recently successful trial lawyer. I don't know if Samsung is a past or current Arnold Porter client, but would be interesting to know. Has anyone noticed if they are lawyers for any of the infringers?

Perhaps Ron will be able to comment on the ethics of these lawyers having a little water cooler chat over their understandings and experiences.

Heck, for entertainment purposes, it would even be fun to hear from our ghost impersonator, "Milestone" (poof! gone like a ghost in the night).

Interesting that we're not seeing any David v Goliath pieces on our story anymore. I guess David has to have a credibly working slingshot (or BOD) to entertain such fanciful dreams.
