I voted on my shares, or should I say I cast my disgust with all negative responses.
I looked over the annual report, yep from 2014 so almost a year behind - poor Carl, no base salary raise since 2011, still stuck at $327,000/yr.
I haven't submitted any questions, what is there to ask that they won't ignore anyway.
The meeting in a nutshell: welcome, intro - who is virtually present, results of voting,
answer a few questions, dismiss. 15 minutes tops.
In the case of a real question, I sure don't want to hear Gloria say:
"You had your chance at $0.19"
