Cowardly virtual shareholder meetings, and silent treatment aside, WHEN are you going to provide some value to shareholders?!
Certainly, even in your own minds, you can't believe you've done anything of the sort over the last 8 years, DESPITE all of the positive results from the USPTO and the Court System, not to mention $100M in Gross MMP revenues.
Still, at some point, as Directors and Managers, you have to have a plan for stewarding a public company, and like any plan, there has to be time targets for success and/or milestones exhibiting failure.
Are you simply the proverbial blind squirrels hoping that you'll find a nut somewhere along the way? Surely, you can communicate a strategy, with benchmarks to show success and or failure.
Are you really that arrogant and disdainful that you don't feel you owe shareholders more than SEC Compliance (though even that is questionable)?
At the very least, have your private calls with your shareholder apologists and have them get the message out for you. Be a little embarassed for yourselves, and do something other than rob the treasury each month. While I realize you're all close to retirement age, even the $5M left will go fairly quickly at the rates you're gobbling it up at the trough.
