No big deal. It's a typical ploy by greedy management. Issue yourselves new options at a near-bottom price and let the ones you already hold (at $0.10 I think) lapse. Absolutely no tax consequences until an option is exercised and increases their chance of a profit. Does nothing for real shareholders financially.
