Cliff Flowers is reaping $400,000 a year for doing virtually nothing. Do you really think he's a decision maker? Anyone raking in that kind of money is not being suckered. More like complicit or maybe as simple as "obeying orders".
Any other true leader would have Leckrone in court for failing to provide those lists. Isn't it fraud to premise an agreement on an action you never intended to take?
The only people being suckered are the shareholders and we've let it happen because we are too old, poor, sick, busy, lazy, choose your own adjective, to come together and fight. The blame, however, lies more with those who run the company and their utter contempt for shareholders and their utter cowardice in hiding behind alleged confidentiality mandates and meeting the very minimum of SEC requirements to keep lawsuits at bay.
This company needs an in-depth, deep dive, multi-year no nonsense, independent audit of accouting, expenses, payment justifications, corporate records and anything else that could uncover malfeasance or failure to comply with reasonable standards required of a public company. Right now six to seven million dollars buys a controlling interest.
