I am going to go out on a limb here. Is it possible that PTSC threatened to pull the plug if they did not get the reverse tech docs etc., and then when they were delivered....they exercised their option anyway. Regardless, Alliacense is done and Patriot is on their own. Scary thought maybe, but at least management has made the bold move. I can't believe they would embark on this course without prudent advice. Throw out Kessler and maybe just maybe.....
