if you read this line from fs2006's post:

The other licensing company, Dominion Harbor Group, LLC, continues to assist PDS with commercialization of the MMP Portfolio.

The wording implies that the other company, Alliacense, does not continue! There were two and now there is only one!

Also, Alliacense was hired to assist Agility.... Agility has been disolved. How can Alliancense assist with a company that does not exist? This is just a thought about the situation. I don't know if that alone would negate a contract.

Finally, not many posting here these days. However, there seems to be many watching.... fs2006's post has 26 thumbs up!! That's more than the number of posts during some of the last weeks !!!!! 26 posts do not mean that Alliacense is gone, but it does mean eyeballs are staying tuned in to this drama.Thanks fs2006!
