The Supreme court ruling forced us to go after the end integrators first. Htc , Barnes and Noble etc. Altera is not an integrator but a supplier to those end users. We probably lost Altera because of no prior notification of violation. Those integrating those chips have probably been notified. License required prior to the merger. After we are done with these end users we can go after companies like altera qualcomm etc.finally we go after the core supplier.
