Surely and obviously, though not as technically referenced in legalize as professionals like you are accustomed , I believe you got the understanding of my general meaning that the judge has accepted to hear the proposal. Now it is everybody's proposal and there is a meeting. The judge will rule, and it will affect everybody (including shareholders).

Who's proposal will it be then?

Can you/we please just cut to the chase and focus on the real issue facing shareholders. Please tell me/us how the judge will rule? Or if you can't do that, at least tell me which way he is leaning ( now that he agreed to hear "the proposal from Samsung" ). As a professional lawyer getting paid the big bucks and having so much experience in the field you must surely have a hunch to share. TIA
