I guess others were (as was I) expecting a much faster decision regarding the Kessler Doctrine, hence another shareholders loose faith IMO.

It seems as if this obscure rule from more than hundred years ago will delay the whole process for at least half a year, maybe more if things go the usual way on July 23rd = no decision at this day.
And if we're lucky the Judge will decide on this issue before Thanksgiving ...:-(

I'm definitely not an expert in terms of comparing the legal systems of the US and Germany but my impression is that our system is much more straighter and doesn't give the parties so much possibilities for delays as the US system does.

Incredible this stock keeps me in suspense for almost ten years now ...
