OUR 'FRIEND'.Lecky's clever ways of shifting of the responsibility to perform under the terms of our agreement to ENFORCE the MMP Licenseing..

A slick way to consign the further Licence enforcement to effete Nincompoops of non-Performance..

In essence,, Shedding ALL,further attempts to do RIGHT by PTSC shareholders..

...( As if he has done that up to NOW)...

He seems to continue to HOBBLE any progress in bringing any MONEY, to anyone but himself..

He has apparently NOT presented "THE LIST",of MMP infringing targets to Dominion..

What LITTLE money is left in the PTSC treasury is being siphoned off at a rapid rate..

With NO replenishment in sight..
