Makes you wonder why PTSC would issue a PR and file the 8-K that would lead one reading it to believe that Alliacense was out of the MMP business, when it appears from PTSC's wording in the PR/8-K, the absence from their website and/or Alliacense's website of any severing of the ties of MMP licensing from Alliacense, and PTSC's blatant unwillingness to confirm or clarify the issue, that Alliacense retains its pre-July 2014 licensing role and responsibilities.

Perhaps Cliff Flowers, Gloria Felcyn, and Carlton Johnson were trying to create an appearance of action, when in fact, they reverted to what should be a worse situation, considering the July revisions were supposed to be an improvement over what came before.
